There are more than a few indicators that 1,000 years of English history and culture is on fumes. The nation that defended Christendom for centuries appears to have forgotten their proud heritage.
From the crushing influx of Muslim immigration which they’ve willingly allowed, if not encouraged, to the insane, Orwellian policing of the most benign speech (an average of 1000 Britishers per month are arrested over things like Facebook posts or X posts!), indicators are pinning red that England’s brand of progressivism is now so extreme that western culture itself is on life support.
I am not being hyperbolic.
Let’s start with free speech, which was always a little dicey over there, but is now approaching China levels of suffocation.
Oh, they mean it, too. Check out their police commissioner.
Not to mention their Prime Minister. And check the “it’s for the children” excuse. They always do that, don’t they?
Now to NHS (their National Health Service), which is… wow. Just wow. Do you think they know they’ve been conquered?
And they’re still into butchering babies over there. Thank God we’ve seen the quick collapse of that here recently. How you can mutilate a body that’s not even close to done developing is monstrous to me. Hopefully they’ll self-correct now that we have.
Though I’m not feeling terribly optimistic about a government self-correcting when they’ve vowed to — incredibly — ban dogs by 2030. Again, I ask, do you think they know they’ve been conquered? (Their “Labour” party is the British equivalent of our Democrats.)
Seems “Labour” has infested their judiciary over there as progressive Democrats have ours here. This poor girl. Her rapist gets off without any prison time — because this Muslim immigrant “didn’t know” raping a 13 year old girl was wrong. Can you imagine the frustration and heartbreak of her parents?
This guy, though? This poor guy gets punished.
But back to our poor rape victim. If you’re thinking their Parliament might step in and be rational, they won’t. Which is tragic beyond description.

And their schools are similarly afflicted.

This is why Secretary of State Marco Rubio’s speech the other day in Munich was so important. (Aside from it being a truly magnificent speech.) He’s imploring them — and the rest of Europe — to self-correct, or 1000 years of civilization will be in ashes.
