๐คฏ The Lunatic Left Series is a (near) daily curation of X posts and other items that catch my eye while I do my morning news “rounds” over โ๏ธ coffee. It’s not meant to be comprehensive, merely a snapshot of the lunatic left with whom we share a planet ๐.
We here in the east are under a “heat dome” which can happen in the summer. The left always seems surprised when it gets hot in the summer, like that’s never happened before. Naturally, they ascribe it to man-caused global warming, which, naturally, is stupid. Know what else is stupid? Governments across an entire continent doing everything possible to remove air-conditioning from the sweltering masses during what everyone is calling a “dangerous” heatwave, meaning children and the elderly — our most vulnerable populations — are most at risk. Currently, Europe is doing exactly that.

that allegedly set records and closed thousands of schools. Most French homes and apartments still have none. Polls show 80% of citizens want it in residences, schools, and hospitals anyway, including 78% of green party voters. The government has other ideas.
This X post below is long, so I won’t cut & paste it here, but he does a good job of rounding up all the insanity taking place in Europe right now. It’s a nice overview, no more than one minute of your time to read. (And remember, “degrees” to them is Celsius, not Fahrenheit.)
As we approach Independence Day, all we have to do is look east across the Atlantic to be grateful we left all that behind. Just like here, it gets hot in the summer (duh) but unlike here, their political leadership really believes the whole cow-farts-and-cars-cause-global-warming crap so they’re doing everything possible to see to it their people suffer.

And just as a quick reminder, DSA (Democrat Socialists of America) fan-boys like Bernie Sanders — who preaches on the eeeeeevils of man-caused climate change — rolls dirty when he travels. “Me. Not thee.” Don’t ever forget it. Don’t ever forget this is the world they want for you — exactly what they’re doing to the populace in Europe right now — while they’re comfortable.
England gets a lot of the attention, but it’s not just England broiling, France is really hot too. So hot that:
And who/what does the green mafia blame for the heat? America. America’s Independence. America’s air-conditioning. Swear to God. Never mind that China emits 100x more toxic fumes than we do. Morons.

Not only are they evil, they’re not very bright. Let’s see what they’re doing in Berlin to keep the sweltering masses from staging a full-on riot:

And finally, a very healthy population of Europeans speak not only their native tongue, but English as well. We may not like them very much, them being all judgey and all ๐ but you really do have to admire the whole English-As-A-Second-Language thing. Here’s a fun reminder of why it’s so hard to learn.
