𤯠The Lunatic Left Series is a (near) daily curation of X posts and other items that catch my eye while I do my morning news “rounds” over āļø coffee. It’s not meant to be comprehensive, merely a snapshot of the lunatic left with whom we share a planet š.
The Democrats running Virginia are being ridiculous again:
— Virginia to National Guard Chaplains: GET A MASTERS IN DIVINITY & WE’LL PAY FOR IT.
— Also Virginia to National Guard Chaplains: GET A MASTERS IN DIVINITY… BUT NOT TOO RELIGIOUS OR WE WON’T PAY FOR IT.
I swear I am not making this up. It’s currently in court right now.
From a Washington Post Editorial on the matter entitled “Virginia is putting military chaplains in an impossible position”:

Now let’s just zoom down I-95 a piece to Baltimore.
If you recall the 2015 Baltimore riots from the time of the second Obama Administration, you remember the Mayor of Baltimore (Stephanie Rawlings-Blake) saying she made sure the rioters had ‘room to destroy.’ Well, one of the people who also poured a heaping helping of gasoline on that fire was the Mayor’s City Attorney, Marilyn Mosby.
I remember both of them standing behind a bank of microphones on one side of the t.v. screen while on the other side were thugs throwing bricks at cops and the cops, having been given instructions to ‘stand down,’ cowered behind shields. It was disgraceful, and perfectly in line with Obama’s anti-cop policies.
Now it seems Ms. Mosby has found herself in a heap’o trouble. As has so often been the case with so many Democrats in positions of power, which we have covered here at TLLS, her troubles stemmed from COVID fraud.
Well looky here. Another one.
Aaaaaand some more. They were evidently not COVID related, but it was definitely organized, Democrat fraud.
šš¼ Are you a criminal in the can in Oregon? Are you feeling pretty? Well, now you can do something about it, gratis. How nice for them.
ICYMI the other day, the WWII Memorial in Washington D.C. was vandalized. Amazingly, the perp turned herself in. She had filmed herself doing it and put it all over social media so she probably figured it was just a matter of time anyway.
Moron.
She looks about like you’d expect.
How is this legal? And they’d better not ever be doing this during school hours.
Speaking of education…
Here’s another “how is this legal” question. It’s one thing if some random person advocates for this, but the Mayor has a fiduciary responsibility here. Imagine being a white-owned business in Detroit and hearing your Mayor say this.
We are “the world’s first multiracial cohesive democracy,” you race-baiting twit. (This guy is a multi-multi-millionaire thanks to how not racist we are as a country, ffs!)
Aaaand another race-baiter.
I mean… Come on…
Excellent observation on the confluence of mass surveillance and soft-on-crime policies here:
At what point do you just say “These people should all be institutionalized”?
I have no words.

She walked out that day.
Her son lived.

This is what they do when the baby survives. This is murder.
As you are likely aware, we have a very significant problem with illiterate illegal alien drivers getting CDLs (Commercial Driver’s Licenses) from blue states and causing all kinds of bloody mayhem on our roads. The Trump Administration Department of Transportation is trying to track them down. 21 blue states say “no.”

And finally, a nice story for a Sunday. I post fairly frequently about the trouble England is in with their lunatic left policies, but this is a lovely bit of English history here. Imagine bending your elbow at a 900 year old pub where Crusaders stopped on their way to Jerusalem!
The cut-off text reads:
from the tradition that knights and soldiers travelling to the Holy Land during the Crusades would stop here before beginning the long journey to Jerusalem.
What makes the place especially remarkable is its setting. Parts of the inn extend directly into ancient caves carved into the sandstone beneath Nottingham Castle, giving the interior an atmosphere unlike almost any other English pub.
For more than eight centuries, generations have drunk beneath this castle rock, medieval travellers, soldiers, merchants, labourers and ordinary Nottingham folk.
A surviving piece of old England. š“ó §ó ¢ó „ó ®ó §ó æ
Have a blessed Sunday, patriots. ā¤ļøšŗšø
