🤯 The Lunatic Left Series is a (near) daily curation of X posts and other items that catch my eye while I do my morning news “rounds” over ☕️ coffee. It’s not meant to be comprehensive, merely a snapshot of the lunatic left with whom we share a planet 🌎.
American Thinker, where I am proud to publish, caught this item and a day later I saw it at Gateway Pundit but surprisingly nowhere else. This is usually one of those stories that goes viral, even if “quietly” viral. Good on Olivia Murray for catching it! She’s one of my very favorite editors at American Thinker and I heartily recommend you read absolutely everything she writes. She’s fearless! And very funny on email, by the way.

From her post:
…The [Coca-Cola] website has a feature that allows you to personalize a can—and this man demonstrated that you are permitted to write, “Allah is king” and “Satan is king,” but not “Jesus is king.” [snip]
I went to the website myself to see if I could replicate [it] [snip]…
“Stalin rocks.”
“I eat babies.”
“I hate Christians.”
“I hate Jews.”[…were all allowed…]
Shame on them.
Moving right along…
I wonder how many illegals are roaming the countryside with *12* fake IDs! It somehow never occurred to me that they’d have more than one; I figured they were expensive. This makes the problem of identity theft exponentially bigger than I thought, and I thought it was bad to begin with. Fox News had the story.

This is disgraceful. You enroll your kid in team sports thinking it will teach them wholesome values and you get this.
I hate to keep giving this guy oxygen, but he keeps showing up at DSA (Democrat Socialists of America) events so he’s obviously influential in lefty circles so I kinda have to here. My apologies for the content. He’s awful. Just awful. And this isn’t even the worst stuff he says. He famously said that America deserved 9/11. He tried to walk it back because it was “6 years ago,” but come on… He’s a grown man. We were then 19 years removed from that terrible day and he said it on video tape. He meant it.
And just in case you thought the left might try to moderate a bit before the general election in November, it does not appear that way. Which is good for us!
(The lefty coders at WordPress, which is the platform which hosts my blog, wouldn’t let me embed an X post from this account, DSA Watch, so I had to give you a screenshot of it…)

This is rich coming from this beeyatch. Hillary Clinton’s entire Russia-Russia-Russia scheme going into Trump 1.0 depended upon Democrat embeds within Trump 1.0’s Administration to subvert him! And they did! And this isn’t the first time she’s projected in this manner. How she hasn’t burst into flames is a mystery to me.
Trump needs to get us out of the U.N. and turn the U.N. building into condos.
Once again, the fake news is fake news-ing by omission. They say something that is technically true to gin up outrage but once you have context, not so much.
Wow. Things are not going well in Mayor Sadiq Khan’s London.
As X poster Rob Schneider says, Britain is lost.
Heck, all of Europe is lost. (Ms. Von Der Leyen is head of the E.U.)
And finally, this is beautiful, and tragic. The man in the painting would not “save his body by betraying his soul.” It’ll take 30 seconds to read it. I’m glad we don’t live in such times anymore. As crazy as they are, they’re not this bad.
The cut-off text reads:
eve of the St. Bartholomew’s Day Massacre, when thousands of French Protestants, the Huguenots, were slaughtered in the streets by their Catholic countrymen.
On that night, there was only one way for a man to be spared: if he tied a white cloth around his arm, a sign that he was a Catholic, the killers would pass him by.
The man in this painting is a Huguenot. And the woman who loves him is desperately trying to save his life… she is winding a white band around his arm, gazing up at him, pleading with him to just wear it, to tell the small lie that will let him live and stay with her.
But gently, without anger, he is stopping her. With one hand he loosens the cloth she is tying. He will not wear it. To wear it would be to deny his faith, to save his body by betraying his soul, and he cannot do it, not even for her, not even to live.
Millais fills the scene signs of what is coming: she wears a ring, he wears none, a marriage that will never happen. And the two of them are pressed so close that you cannot tell, at a glance, whether this is an embrace or a struggle. It is both. It is a woman trying to hold a man in this world, and a man who has already made his peace with leaving it…
Have a great Saturday, patriots.❤️🇺🇸
