Why not open our return blog post with a bit of insanity out of San Francisco. When I went there in the 90s, it was the most beautiful city I’ve ever seen — hands down, not even a close second — and it remains the most beautiful city I’ve ever seen, in my memory. I read/hear what it’s become now and I weep.
This story out of the East Bay, just across the water from SF in Oakland, is indicative of the tragedy of the liberal governance of the entire San Francisco Bay Area. Words just don’t seem to have meaning anymore, even “life without parole.” This monster has no business being free. None.
Let’s take the five hour flight east to another state I am well familiar with, Massachusetts. When she’s not burying the Bay State in illegals or criminals, Governor Healey is rewarding them with TWO BILLION DOLLAR contracts. Holy cannoli. Ayanna Pressley, if you are not familiar, is about as radical progressive as they come. In addition to being bald, she serves in the U.S. House of Representatives. Maybe she’ll buy some hair now…
And what kind of character are we trusting with $2B?

Moving on, but still in the general neighborhood of the elite denying reality: even in Florida, a supposedly red state, they are engaged in the practice of cooking the books.
If you’re not familiar, there’s been a trend in blue states of recording criminals as white even though they are clearly not. Why? “White men are the most dangerous predators we have in our society.” That lefty talking point. That’s why. It’s a purposeful, cynical, awful plan by the left to cook the books and take our eyes off all the illegal alien crime and black crime. Yes, they’re even booking obviously black people as white. It’s insane.
It used to be we could at least count on objective truth. How can we even have a discussion about things if the basic facts are jumbled? This is incredibly destructive to society and it’s really got to stop.

Moving along… You know the many, multiple BILLIONS in fraud we’ve been finding? Of federal dollars? Well, we had a hearing about it the other day and not a single Democrat (save for the ranking member) showed up. And the ranking member just showed up to insult and malign the witnesses. These are truly terrible people. It used to be we could say Democrats were good people but with bad ideas, not terrible people themselves.
We just can’t say that anymore.
As you may or may not know, the Obamas were given seats on the board at Netflix after they left the White House. Netflix has since done some egregiously woke garbage and this is a marquee example.

👇🏼 This poor, poor kid… It’s a long post, so I won’t cut and paste it here, but the long and short of it is that this young man now identifies as “non-binary” and will not pursue transition. Unfortunately, he is chemically castrated now because of all the hormones he was given to hold off male puberty. Now he will never experience sexual attraction, or pleasure. Intimacy with someone he may eventually fall in love with will be impossible. The X poster said that parents like his who “try to monetize” their child in this way “belong in prison, not on television.” Amen.
In case you are unfamiliar, when Elon Musk took over Twitter, lefties got in a snit and started their own social media site (how very capitalist of them!) called BlueSky.

ICYMI — but knowing you, you didn’t — the president gave a speech Thursday night on 2020 election interference. Both of these👇🏼paragraphs from American Spectators’ daily newsletter seem important. China monkeyed around — hugely — in the 2020 election, which should surprise no-one, except for the scale and brazenness of it, but what should surprise and enrage all of us is that the I.C. (the Intelligence Community) decided Trump, the incoming POTUS, didn’t need to know about it! It wasn’t until President Trump got his own people in there that he was told. HOW IS A PRESIDENT SUPPOSED TO CONDUCT FOREIGN POLICY with one hand tied behind his back?????? This is incredibly dangerous and I want names, dammit. I want them perp-walked and sent to a federal supermax!
And shame on the legacy media choosing not to carry the president’s remarks live. Whenever the president speaks, any president — especially a planned, timed address!! — they should carry it live. And there should be FCC license ramifications for this.
They lease, for free, the precious limited (by nature) bandwidth from the federal government for their air (ABC, NBC, CBS) and part of the agreement they signed was a promise to public service programming. If the president giving a planned address isn’t compelling public service, I don’t know what is! (To be clear, CNN does not fall under those rules, as they are not on the “air” they are cable; that’s a different thing.)
And finally, some fun video from our trip! We went to the truly wonderful aquarium at Pine Knolls where they keep the kind of river otters you can find in the many, many rivers we have here in North Carolina. Otters are a big favorite in our house and are clearly a big favorite at the aquarium, as I was very lucky to get some footage of them playing without children in front of the glass!
Keep an eye on the one who jumps in (from the right). He does it twice. He’s jumping backwards into the water! The naturalist told us that that’s not usual for otters but this one figured out how to do it because… well… it’s fun!

Yes, to the far-left we are your tongue-in-cheek “wenches and knaves.” The left seems to have a problem with connecting with reality, the term for which is “insanity.” There are degrees of insanity, the far-left exhibiting what I would classify as a very high degree of insanity.
The question is how we address such a disconnect with reality. Except for the very good service Mr. Walter is performing for us by informing us and anyone who will read and understand, I have some persuasion that dealing with insanity is sometimes beyond human intervention except for isolating the insane which is not generally possible. If some insanity is beyond human intervention, then Supernatural intervention is the only alternative. I pray for that intervention for a number of individuals.
The real question is why the Supernatural does not always intervene. That is ultimately unanswerable though we can speculate. One speculation is that, at this stage of our universal history, it is effective, for those not insane, for those viewing, to see how devastating it is for people to not correctly respond to the sense of right and wrong our Creator has placed within us. “Effective?” Effective for those of us who wish to correctly respond to see how profound the need is for our correct response (which includes the need to discern how to address the insanity imposed upon us).
